Learning common + business German (grammar + vocabulary + developing the four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing).

Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| ILOs: speaking another foreign language than English (level B2 at the end of second master); communicating orally and in writing in German.
At the end of the year, the student should be able to communicate orally and in writing in German at the European level B1+.
He should be able to understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters, to deal with most situations likely to arise while travelling, to produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest and to describe experiences, events and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

- discovering several chapters of the book (vocabulary, grammar)
- listening comprehension
- oral exercises
Home work:
- grammar and vocabulary exercises (for example on Lol@: online exercises)
- reading comprehension exercises

We'll regularly use multimedia engineering. |

Assessment methods and criteria :

| Exam in January and June.
60% for the written exam:
- listening comprehension (20%)
- writing (10%)
- grammar and vocabulary (30%)
40% for the oral exam.
The student who doesn't take all the parts of the exam will become 0/20 as final mark. |
