Course contents :  
The aim of this course is to improve the knowledge and the know-how acquired by the student, on a linguistic level (structures, specific vocabulary)and in the understanding of German (business-) culture.

Taught in German - and in French for grammar explanations
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The aim to achieve is level B1/B1+
Learning of specific vocabulary and grammar
Informations about business life in Germany, including several cultural and social aspects.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Having passed the exam in Bac 1(LANG2005-1) or an european A2 level test 
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Discovering different aspects of business life in Germany (vocabulary, cultural and economical aspects).
Exercises in the multi-media lab and in the language lab, on line exercises (Lola) and work to do in class or at home to improve the 4 skills (writing, reading, speaking and understanding).
Debates; presentations.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
80 h lectures in the class-room and homework.
Recommended or required readings :  
Consulting newlol@ regularly is absolutely necessary!

Assessment methods and criteria :  
Tests during the year (at least once a month), written exam in January and written and oral exam in june
Students have to take all the different parts of the examination, otherwise the final mark will be 0/20
