Learning outcomes of the course :
|
| Give students an overwiew of modern information and communication technology (ICT), in particular hospital information systems. The student should also be able to use common software packages which will be useful in preparing his/her thesis. Literature search is also an essential working tool. |

| Some basic knowledge of hardware and software. |

| There will be 5 courses of 3 hours shared with Mrs Françoise Pasleau, head of the Library of the Faculty of Medicine, and M. Eddy Husson, computer specialist. |
