The aim of this course will not be to draw up an accurate and elaborate catalogue of all the political, juridical, economical... institutions of the Early Modern Europe - unrealistic enterprise - but well to give an outline of the gradual sedimentation of all sorts of institutions, intended to go on ... in an apparent disorder! I hope to give you the skill to catch "the spirit of the institutions" (D. Richet) and drive you able to determine the rules, the values and the stakes of it.
