Course contents :
 |
| The programme for this course aims to present general economics using language that is not overly technical or mathematical. It includes the study of the major themes of micro- and macroeconomics such as: consumer behaviour, the producer theory, the product market, currency, inflation, etc. |

Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| The main objectives of this course are:
- Mastering and processing microeconomic and macroeconomic information relevant to understanding how currency and the markets function, company management and consumer behaviour;
- Familiarising students with basic economic terms with a view to introducing them to the fundamental notions of general economics and the basic mechanisms of economics;
- Developing a critical approach to the economic environment in which the students will be required to evolve;
- Developing precise analysis and the correct use of the terms employed.
- Making difficult notions of economics easily accessible.
