Course contents :  
Toxicity of drugs or drugs of abuse in pregnant women or for breast feeding women.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Intake of drugs by pregnant women, breast-feeding women or women in puberty have to be strictly controlled. There are a large number of exchanges between maternal field and foetal field or with the newborn baby. Study of toxicity of drugs or of drugs of abuse for these people is a crucial pharmaceutical point.

Health hazards for the mother because of pharmacokinetics modifications or high hazard drugs intaken just before delivery will be taught. Health hazards for the baby will also be discussed. We will see that some drugs are able to pass through placenta and which of them are high-health-hazardous pregnancy. Drugs could be found in breast-feeding milk too. High-health-hazardous drugs during breast-feeding will be explained.

Having had success in "toxicological chemistry, general pharmacology and special pharmacology" lectures
