Course contents :  
This program explains the basics of the industrial management - internal and external flows. All the logistics and Supply chain Management domains are covered. The different concepts are treated as well as their integration in the global management of the business.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Knowledge of the different levels of planning and the different methods of manufacturing and delivery logistics, quality, safety, environment and sustainable development, investments and automation impacts, logistics operations, administrative management of production and logistics, e-Business. The accent is highlighted on the rapid and worldwide evolution of the industrial constraints that the enterprise has to face

BAC + 5 level

presentation, video, a case study and pratical example from industrial companies
