Course contents :

| This lecture provides an introduction to geomorphologic observations needed for geological studies.
The fieldwork (partly guided) will focus on the making of a geological-geomorphological map in the vicinity of Liege as well as on structural geology.
This map has to be prepared with GIS tools and produced in digital format. |

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :

| Fieldtrips are organized in the vicinity of Liege.
The students will also be formed in mapping with GIS tools. |

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :

| 4-6 lectures (4 h each) are given in the classroom.
3-4 days are spent in the field - transport is by car. |
