Course contents :  
These practical courses are divided into three parts: the first one concerns bacterial genetics (C. Remacle), the second one plant genetics (C. Remacle) and the last one animal genetics (I. Struman).
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Genetics of bacteria : gene cloning in E. coli

Genetics of plants: nuclear transformation of the unicellular green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii with the gene coding for the arylsufatase and measurements of its activity in inducible conditions.
