- Means of notification; - Deliberation and writing reports / minutes; - Conflict of interests; - Appointment, resignation and dismissal; - Status of director; - Internal regulations; - Director's rights and obligations, especially in terms of information.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
- Define the formal aspects of holding a board meeting: Professionally preparing a board meeting; - Optimise how the BoD works; - Develop the BoD's legal powers as well as the distribution of powers between the BoD and the Management Committee; - Define the methods of distributing information with a view to improving communication; - Define the contents and implications of the director's mission.
