| - Deciphering the profit and loss account;
- Understanding a number of financial analysis principles;
- Estimating a company's typical financing requirements;
- Importance of funds and liquid assets;
- Designing and putting into practice a "dashboard" adapted to your company. |

| - Lose any possible fears regarding "figures";
- Decipher an SME's accounts;
- Identify the basic concepts in order to be able to participate in the financial dialogue within the board. |
