Course contents :  
Partim 1 : Dynamics of the lower layers of the atmosphere. Variability of meteorological parameters. Radiative processes. Applications to thermostatics. General geophysical fluid equations. Theory of the general circulation. Saturation and condensation processes. Atmospheric circulation at large and synoptic scales. Partim 2 : Howwork on the physical processes at the air-sea interface.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Analysis and study of physical processes playing an important role in the atmosphere and at the air-sea interface.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Thermodynamics, applied mathematics and fluid dynamics at a level of batchelor of science.

15 hours of exercices
