Course contents :  
The course aims to introduce students to aspects of safety and quality in various activities related to environmental studies, mainly in the field of sciences and exact sciences: risk management, relationship with the actors with whom they are called upon to collaborate in exercises, end of study work, and later in professional life, reflexion about how to approach studies, properly archive the data collected.
 
The course deals with
 
the legal framework of labor protection
 the various hazards and preventive measures
 the notion of risk analysis
 the sampling and storage of samples
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Knowledge of hazards and risks associated with activities related to environmentalists professionnal activities, and preventive measures that can be implemented to control these risks.
Awareness of the need to work with the actors involved in environmental studies activities, preparing measurements and data acquisition to work efficiently and safely.
