Course contents :

| Will be asked to students different tasks:
1. Write a review article on modern technology fitness in order to submit the online database know-Sport.
§ The student chooses a scientific paper or theme of a modern approach to strength training with practical application for use by coaches in practice.
§ The student must write a file in the chosen field in order to publish it in the database know-Sport in strict editorial guidelines presented on the site www.savoir-sport.org/
§ The form must be submitted to me for Monday, December 7. After correction, the student submits the card to the official database know-Sport (before the end of first semester).
§ In the second semester the student will respond to any comments of the "reviewers" in order to accept its card.
2. Make a synthesis of specific muscle training related to a given sport.
§ After choosing a sport, the student writes a paper (5-10 pages) on the muscle in this sport, answering several questions:
o How important and what is the role of muscular work in this sport?
o What are the muscles / muscle groups involved in the key actions?
o How does the muscular little he be considered to reduce imbalances and prevent the occurrence of muscle injury?
o What methods are commonly used weight training?
o How is the gym during the year (annual plan)?
3. Discover the diversity of modern bodybuilding through different chapters of reference books.
§ The contents of the following must be known and will be a written evaluation at the end of the year.

Practical course content:
- Discover a tool for creating and planning strength training.
- Conduct an internship (10H) in a sports structure considering the modern gym. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| Theory: The course "of modern bodybuilding" is to give students an overview of modern techniques and tools used for strength training.
Practice: Discovering the muscular work in a high-level structure and become familiar with computer tools programming muscle. |

* A note for the record know-Sport which accounts for 1/3 of points,
* A note for the work of synthesis which accounts for 1/3 of points,
