Course contents :

| The course "International Macroeconomics" studies the interactions of national economies and their implications at the international level: global growth, employment, migration and international financial stability.
The topics covered are:
The balance of payments, exchange rates determination, the foreign exchange market et the other international financial markets, fixed and floating exchange rate regimes, the Euro, financial crises... |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The objective of this course is to provide the students with the theoretical and statistical elements to analyse descriptive and quantitative international economic information.
At the end of this course, the students should be able to write briefing notes on the main topics covered in this course by using their theoretical and empirical knowledge. |
