| This course is held every odd year (2015-2016, 2017-2018...). Going to courts is the classic way of resolving disputes. The course - Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution - deals with the alternative ways which are developing every day.
First it will be necessary to define them and make the necessary distinctions (arbitration, negotiation, mediation, conciliation, mini-trial, etc.). It is then possible to study their legal regime. |
 |
