| This course encompasses the analysis of special issues of judicial law through the review of complex case studies. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The course aims to provide students with a thourough training in judicial law allowing them to solve most of the issues they may come accross during their professional life but also to acquire a general overview of the stakes at hand. |
