Course contents :

| The course deals with corporation law. Belgian companies code is the main focus. What is a company? Which are the different types of companies? What are the conditions to create such an entity? How does it work? What are the rights of the shareholders? How can it be terminated, etc. Here are examples of the questions that will be studied. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The purpose of this course is to give students a good knowledge of the law applicable to companies, from their incorporation to their winding up, so that students will be able in the future to develop their knowledge in the field by themselves. |
