| This course offers a general reflection on doping in sport.
Various aspects are involved in the problem of doping, in particular, legal and criminological as well as sociological and medical.
Several classes will be devoted to the respect for sportspersons' basic rights within the framework of the fight against doping, with the following underlying question: is it possible to fight it without compromising these rights? |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| Doping is a highly topical issue arousing a great deal of social debate.
The aim of the course is to allow future graduates to tackle the stakes of doping from a criminological and legal point of view. |
