| Introduction to the principles of intellectual property law in the fields of information and communication. * law (definition, relation between law language and culture) * intellectual property law: - definitions, - historical approach, - traditional media, - new media; * economic approach to copyrights; * fundamental notions; * patrimonial rights ; * moraux rights; * protection of rights; * management of rights. |
