Course contents :
The course aims at giving the basis of nanotechnology by explaining the evolution of the properties of materials in relation to their size. In thesecond part of the course, the synthesis pathways to prepare nanomaterials are developed, together with their applications. Metallic nanoparticles, polymer nanoparticles for drug delivery, polymer/clays and polymer/carbon nanotubes nanocomposites are deeply discussed. Electrochemical preparation and applications of conjugated polymers in electrochemical devices are also thouroughly described.
