| The course presents various techniques used in Structural Biological Chemistry .
The various techniques discussed in the course are:
Solution NMR, X-ray crystallography, Infrared Spectroscopy, Cryo-electro-microscopy., NMR imaging, molecular modeling. Theoretical aspects are explained on basis of practical results found in the literature |

| At the end of the course students will be able to understand the use of technology in structural biology and to identify methods to answer specific questions related to structural biology. |

| Basic biology and biochemistry.
Knowledge of the structure and properties of biological macromolecules.
