Course contents :  
The course outlines the mechanisms of genetic modifications (i.e. somatic and mutagenesis) in animal cells. Applications are put in practice.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
After this course, the student should be able to understand the basic principles of genetic and epigenetic modifications in animal cells including their technical applications.
