Structure and functions of some plant and animal proteins Structure-functions relationships of phospholipides-Biological membrane Applications of organized molecular systems Functional properties of polysaccharides and polymer - polymer interactions
Learning outcomes of the course :  
to emphasize structure-function relationships for the main biological molecules
After completing the course the student is expected to
be able to give back the teached knowledge, to point out the relationship between the teached molecular structure and fonctions, to acquire and possess the logical step in order to extrapolate their knowledge to other biological molecules.
