Course contents :  
This course of Introduction to Systems Biology presents many methods of inference and validation of metabolic, transcriptomic and proteins networks out of NGS data.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The objective of this course is to 1) master and 2) be able to use simple methods of biological systems modelisation and analysis.
