- Membrane technology (electrodialysis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reversed osmosis).
- Drying of thermosensitive molecules
- Thermic denaturation of microorganisms
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The cursus is constitued by industrial principes of purification and drying process. Attention is gived at membrane technology and drying process : atomisation, lyophilisation and fluidisation.
