Analysis of various stakeholders: -site manager, -architect, -entrepreneur, -public authority, -CRMSF
Description and analysis of procedures of:
- Classification. - Heritage certificate. - Town planning permit. - Grants.
Public procurement: adjudication, tenders, negotiated procedure.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
  • understand how to manage the restoration of a classified building.
  • understand ancient techniques and know how to restore or conserve them.
  • understand the philosophy which should imbue a restoration (Venice charter).
