Course contents :  
The course consists of presentations and site or industrial visits which aim on the one hand to provide students with information on materials, products, manufacturing and implementation procedures which are appropriate for their Studio 1/1 course and, on the other to understand in more detail the realities and requirements of industry.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Students should be able to identify the properties of materials which they are using in their projects, which other students in the team are using in their projects or which the sites and companies visited are using.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Baccalaureat course. Materials, construction, structure, etc.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Site visits, visits to companies or technical exhibitions supervised by one or more of the teaching staff.
