Learning outcomes of the course :  
By the end of this course, students:
  • will have a better understanding of the requirements of a building in terms of thermal comfort.
  • will be able to use standard quantitative methods for assessing these needs to measure energy and the consumption of energy and undertake a critical examination of these assessment methods.
  • Being aware of design traps relating to building insulation (condensation, thermal bridges, etc.).
