Course contents :  
In the first part of this course, cattle reproduction (male and female), will be described following these points: genital anatomy production of gametes hormonal regulation of sexual activity, fertilization, breeding, gestation embryonic development.
After, particularities of reproduction system in other animal species well be discussed (pork, horses, poultry, fish).
In the second part of the course, lactation will be described and the main chapters are: mammary gland development main principles of dairy cattle rearing, teat anatomy studies milk production mechanisms and lactation hormonal regulation of lactation genetic of lactation and its improvement
