| The courses analyses in details a technique which interests the students in order to evaluate its potentialities and limits for the professionals |

| After completing the course and according to the chosen subject, the student will be able to conceive an original strategy allowing an operator (breeder, propagator, pathologists) to face a problem requiring the use of in vitro techniques. |
