Course contents :  
The work placement is devoted to the reflexive apprenticeship (which is trained during the course).
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Two teacher trainers ' main skills are developped :
  • to promote a reflexive analyse of others' professionnal practices;
  • to bring others into a self awareness and changing process of their professionnal practices .

The course PEDA1157 is a co-requisite to this work placement .
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
In order to promote future teachers'ability to analyze their professionnal practices, the future teacher trainers call up obsevations, video tool, confrontational discussions, and theoretical frameworks which allow conceptualization.

Assessment methods and criteria :  
The mark is divided into several parts : respect of the guidelines of the accompanying, quality of the narrative report, prepartaion anad animation of the autoheteroscopy.
Critera dealing with each parts are detailed in a document given at the first class meeting.

The accompanying of the future teachers will take place in their work placement (pre-primary classrooms)
