Course contents :  
Critical analysis of Belgian hospital pharmacy accreditation standards - Hospital pharmacy financing - Analysis of drug distribution systems (efficacy, safety and economical aspects) with focus on intensive care and emergency units - Management of stocks and flow of products in the hospital
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To define the missions, duties and responsibilities of a hospital pharmacy and of hospital pharmacists To approach legal, technical and evaluative aspects of drug management in a hospital with special emphasis on intensive care and emergency units environment
