Course contents :

| This seminar is devoted to the art of the argumentation on topical issues. For instance, they will sometimes incarnate the role of the Minister wishing to promote a particular policy in a precise field, sometimes they will take the role of a member of the opposition dismounting the argumentation of the Minister. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The objective is to allow the students, during an original exercise, to show rigour as for political, administrative, sociological and legal dimensions of problems, but also of originality and spirit of synthesis in the construction and presentation of the argument |

| The sessions will take the form of exercices, including the parliamentary debate.

| The evaluation will be based on the students' participation, the correction of a breve note handed in December and on the final exam in January. |
