Course contents :

| The concept of complexity is closely linked to a contemporary world which is often described as changing and unstable. It also underlies the evolution of knowledge, the increase in the volume of knowledge and its division. This course aims to reflect upon the definition of complex thought in relation to humanities and social sciences, As well as its relevance with regard to the future professional and personal commitments of the students |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The course aims to make students aware of the relations between complexity and knowledge.
It implies the capacity to think and to take a stand in a critical way towards what recover these two notions in the personal life and in the professional practice. |

| Knowledge of basic sociological and social science concepts, general scientific education. |
