Teaching in the second semester
Course contents :  
Study of selected problems of Dutch grammar. Introduction to linguistic methodology. The following subjects will be looked into: spoken Dutch in Flanders, linking morphemes in Dutch compounds, the usage of restrictive focus adverbs, the usage of the second person personal pronouns. The students will have to present a linguistic subject and write a small research paper.

Improving the understanding of Dutch grammar; using linguistic methodology; learning how to make a research paper.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
You must have passed the 2st year examination in the corresponding course (Linguistique néerlandaise I).
