Course contents :  
In the law of immovables section, Alain Deliège will consider the private sale under general law, the life annuity sale, the public auction and sales by order of the court. Particular emphasis will be placed on the Breyne law, and the regime of joint ownership. Every aspect of the deed is considered: civil, tax, adminstrative (especially urban planning and environmental).
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Allow the students to compile the file, carry out the necessary research and draft the deed concerned.

Law of sale, registration rights, company law
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Several related deeds and documents will be used as examples in the course.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
In-class.
Recommended or required readings :  
The students will be given course notes and model instruments.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
At the end of the year, for each section of the course, there will be a written examination consisting in drafting a deed or a part of a deed and an oral examination on the material covered in the course.
