Course contents :  
- graphic tools and resources -orthogonal projections - straight lines, specific plans and any plans. - changes to plans, rotations, rabatments, notes. - true lengths, developments - axonometry -intersections between lines and planes, intersection of volumes - shadows - listed projections
Learning outcomes of the course :  
- learn how to see in space - discover the laws of descriptive geometry and its representation

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Three hours of classes every week, including: - an introductory presentation to each exercise presenting new concepts - application by students in the workshop, in the form of sketches
The drawing materials described at the start of the year are required at each workshop. The drawings are treated and performed with precision, using instruments. All the pencil buildings are maintained.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Presence at lectures is essential in order to participate in the workshops. Presence at the workshops is compulsory because of the continuous assessment.
Recommended or required readings :  
Notes and graphic presentations are available on e-Campus. It is advisable for the student to complete and annotate them by personal notes taken during classes.
The notes have the only purpose of being used by students as part of their programme in the ULg. No other use or distribution is authorized, under penalty of a violation of the law of 30 June 1994 on copyright.

Assessment methods and criteria :  
Continuous assessment based on assessment and drawings completed in the workshop. Any student not having his drawing material will be liable to be penalized.
There will be a written exam at the end of the year covering all the course subject matter.
The results from the yearly course work and exam results count for 40% and 60% respectively.
