Course contents :

| This course is interested in development projects studied on a methodological aspect. It approaches essential tools and notions for building, analysing and assessing projects. It also aim at clarifying the role of scientists in comparison with that of experts in the area of development activities. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| Good knowledge of the various stages of the Project Cycle Management (PCM)
Good understanding and use of logical frame matrix and other projects'assessing tools (tree problems/ tree solutions ; SWOT analysis...)
The student should be able to contribute to the definition of a project in response to a call for proposals. |

Collective preparation of a development project in response to a false call for proposals (role play). Each groups will stand up for their project before a jury. |
