Course contents :  
In Master in Human Resources Management's first year, the students will have to do an internship equivalent to 12 ECTS. In the second year, the students will have to carry out a second internship equivalent to 9 ECTS and a dissertation.

This seminar's will aim to provide to the students essentials methodological and theoretical resources in order to use these in their various works.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The goal is to teach a theoretical and methodological background specific to the area of the human resources management's analyze. Reflexivity and research skills will be developed with the students in order to allow them to achieve their different works (first year's internship, second year's internship and dissertation).
