Course contents :  
This course describes the project cycle and use as assessing needs and capacity planning tools in the area of the plant protection. It explains how to develop a logical framework.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
After completing the course, the student will be able to prepare a hierarchy of problems, devise a plan of specific objectives, the actions associated with them as well as indicators.
