| This course aims at presenting the legislative plant health measures set up by states. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| After completing the course the student must show its capacity
- To understand and to evaluate the economical importance of plant diseases
- To understand and to apply the procedure of risks evaluation (PRA procedure )
- To understand the objectives of the different legislative measures set up by States or international organizations.
