1. development of biotechnological processes (yeast, lactic acid bacteria, Pseudomonas) 2. developement of the various quantitative processes leading "from the cell to the finished product"

Developing a maximum number of biotechnological processes by the student himself

Biochemistry and basic microbiology
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Developement by the student of a maximum number of operations to acquire technical and scientific knowledge. The student must also perform the quantification of these processes.
