Course contents :  
The Courses of Workshop-Project is central of the training of future landscape architects such as basic theoretical knowledge than practical initiation of the project.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Include a large landscape scale. Define issues and objectives. Propose a punctual intervention or multiple in the landscape. Learn to synthesize.

Students are evaluated:
  • Section "Analysis / diagnosis" 10% Evaluation teachers
  • Section "Defining a development strategy" Evaluation teachers 10%
  • Section "Final Draft" (operational perimeter) 50% teachers + external jury Evaluation
  • Thinking globally (20%): Methodology for capture and playback of the site, understand the issues, reflexes work, programming ...
  • Management options (20%): Project Concept, dynamic generated options consistent with the analysis and programming ...
  • Quality of the project (40%) Writing landscape management options, quality of spaces created (views, atmosphere, choice of materials, plant sequence ...)
  • Oral presentation (5%): Ability to communicate orally project
  • Drawing / graphics / layout (15%): Ability to communicate graphically project

    Part "Workshop" Evaluation teachers 30%
    Final work are subject to an oral presentation. The score at the end of the workshop is final and is not subject to revaluation in case of the second session.

    Presence during Project Workshop is mandatory. The absence of these plants leads a score equal to or less than 6/20. Failure to deposit project without proof leads a score of 0. If the absence and / or non-deposition is due to force majeure, the student must inform the teachers concerned and carry proof within 48 hours.
