Course contents :  
Introduction to the governance problems of natural resources and biodiveristy.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
1. Initiation to a sociological analysis of relations to nature (methodological tool) : to be able to define the kind of nature in a project. 2. Overview of nature conservation policies from international to local scale : to be able do compare the politics of a project with the international policies 3. Nature management : to be able to characterize th kind of natural resources management of a project 4. Participation : to be able to define and compare the forms of public participation.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Each student will read and comment two papers.
