Course contents :  
The course focuses on mortgage and professional and consumer credit contracts. The different types of mortgage credits are examined in the first part of the course. The Law of 4 August 1992 on mortgage credit and its interactions with the Law of 12 June 1991 on consumer credit are analyzed in details. Mortgage itself is the subject of the second part of the course.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Students must be able to distinguish the different types of credit mortgages.

Obligation and contract law - guarantees and securities law
