The aim of this lecture is to provide fundamental knowledge of the Belgian general criminal law and to expose it as it is currently applied by our courts.

Precisely, this class will attempt to expose the main principles and rules of the criminal law such as its definition, general principles, incrimination, criminal liability, punishment, justification and excuses...
