Course contents :  
The course consists in a study of two themes related to life within businesses and contracts of employment : transfer of undertaking and privacy of employees.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
A the end of the class, students are familiarized with some of the major issues of employment law.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
The course is based on participative teaching methods. Students are encouraged to prepare the relevant cases before each course and take an active part in it. They must also write two papers of about four pages on an assigned topic.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The course is given during the first semester, on Wednesday mornings, from 11:00 a.m to 13:00 a.m and on Tuesday afternoons, from 1:00 p.m to 15 :50 p.m , on the following days : transfer of undertaking : 26 september, 10 and 11 october, 24 and 25 octobre, 21 and 22 november ; privacy : 12 and 13 december.

The form of the assesment is an oral examination, lasting about 20 minutes
