This course aims at giving a general training ro enable the students to understand and negotiate the most common international business contracts.

| 1. Methods
A1 Lectures on fundamental international legal concepts
A2 Tutored study of international contracts
A4 Critical analysis of an international contract, writing and presentation of a group report.
2. General planning.
The work in the classroom is taking place during the first module. The evaluation, based on the group paper and its presentation, will take place at the end of the second module, according to the school organization.
3. student workload (Classroom + Home).
- A1 Lecture on fundamental concepts (C=9 - H=9)
- A2 Tutored study of contracts (C=12 + H=12)
- A4 Research of contracts including their context (H=8)
- Approval, advise (C=3 + H=3)
- Studies, analysis, research, criticism and synthesis (H=32)
- Writing of the report and preparation of the presentation (H=8)
- (Credit: ECTS; estimate student workload = 96h including 24h in the classroom)

| The supports used in the courses are available one-line and contain the legal references and the recommended bibliography. The documents unavailable on-line (real contracts) are handed out in classroom |

| E4 Presentation of group report on contract critical analysis (context, nature, contents...)
Evaluation of the critical analysis, the reasoning, of the relevance of supported remarks will be both collective and individual. Immediate feedback |
