- relationship between physician and patient, medical contract, patient's rights (informed consent), medical file, incapacitated patients, medical confidentiality
- medical liability and negligence (fault/no fault, prejudice, causation)
- specific medical procedures : sterilization, abortion, assisted reproduction, euthanasia, forensic medicine, removal of blood, organs and bodily material, biomedical research |
